A space to think together about the changes you're navigating

Coaching for adults, parents of teens and beyond, and emerging adults

Working Together

Change—whether chosen or thrust upon us—often brings questions we can't quite articulate and feelings we don't fully understand. My practice offers a space where we can slow down enough to think together about what you're experiencing.

Whether you're parenting a teen, navigating a life transition, supporting aging parents, or simply feeling that something needs to shift—I'm here to think alongside you.

Areas of Focus

Parenting Teens & Emerging Adults

Navigating the developmental shifts of adolescence and young adulthood, supporting independence while maintaining connection, and managing your own transitions as a parent.

Life Transitions

Exploring who you are beyond external roles, clarifying values that feel authentic rather than inherited, and finding alignment between inner experience and outer life.

Separation & Divorce

Navigating the many feelings, co-parenting challenges, and rebuilding a sense of self through and after separation.

Supporting Aging Parents

Managing role reversals, navigating complex family dynamics in caregiving, and setting boundaries while tending to your own needs.

Adult Development for Women

Exploring life stages beyond traditional markers, examining expectations around achievement and accommodation, and finding meaning in midlife transitions.

Services

Family Coaching

While changes are inevitable across our lifespans, within our family changes for any individual can be challenging for the whole family.

Family coaching provides a facilitated safe space for family members to set goals to work through differences, improve communication and understanding while focusing on maintaining or repairing connection.

Family goal setting includes each family member’s individual values and voice to work through transition.

Parent Coaching

Adolescence and emerging adulthood can bring significant shifts in relational dynamics for parents and their ‘kids'. Differences in generational approaches to decisions, lifestyle identity, and navigating the ever-changing landscape of our world can be fraught.

Through parent coaching, our goal-setting work examines the nature of the changing relationship with your growing and individuating child. Goals include working on areas of support or scaffolding, where to nudge, and where to step back or let go.

Sandwich coaching might also explore the places change impacts not only the launching toward empty nests, but also where to lean in with parallel supports for aging parents to navigate these shifts.

Individual Coaching

Change is inevitable and tends to include some accompaniment of unknown, which can feel very uncomfortable. While we might have some idea of where we want to end up on the other side of a transition, we can benefit from support setting goals to arrive there as close or better than we hope.

Individual coaching provides goal-oriented support for transitions to college, adulthood, parenthood, separation, healthier lifestyle, moving, career shifts, aging parents, aging, working through relationship changes and many other places life can throw an unexpected curve ball or two.

Change is a variable that can make being one’s best self more challenging.

Hello Changes is here to provide support to set goals and approach change with a plan.

 1. Coaching is neither psychotherapy nor mental health counseling.
   2. Coaching neither diagnoses nor treats any mental disorder, such as anxiety, depression, or any other disorders cited in the DSM.

3. If mental health issues interfere with our coaching work, I will give you a referral for a licensed mental health professional.
